  • Customised or monogrammed products are not eligible for return.

  • Products that fail quality inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email support@dunhillanddrake.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.

  • After review, we will send return instructions and a shipping address.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary based on bank processing times.

  • If the return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards and final sale items

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another model or color, please email us first.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and quality approval of the original item.

  • The return process for exchanges follows the same steps as returns.
