  • We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Orders within Delhi NCR are typically delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.

  • For other major cities and towns, deliveries generally take 3 to 5 business days.

  • For remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on delivery location and package weight.

3. Dispatch and Tracking

  • Customers receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Real-time tracking is available through a provided link, and our customer support can assist if tracking updates are unclear.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partners may attempt re-delivery or return the package to origin.

4. Address Accuracy

5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

  • For damage discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos and an unboxing video.

  • Claims submitted without supporting documentation cannot be processed.
